If you go here, absolutely do NOT see Dr. Masti. She talks over you and interrupts you while you’re trying to answer her questions. She also believes any ailment is caused by marijuana usage, even though the symptoms I described had started in childhood. I told her if she wasn’t concerned about it then I was not either and that upset her. She THEN tried to refer me to a specialist but by that point I was done with the whole appointment. Doctors are not supposed to assume anything when it comes to diagnosing illnesses and Dr. Masti will automatically assume smoking marijuana is the sole cause of why you’re coming to the doctors office. I am not the first person she’s done this to either. The mental health specialist (she was absolutely amazing) that came in after Masti could tell I was upset and asked if it was because of Dr. Masti. So they know she’s a problem and she somehow still works there.

Front desk staff are always friendly, NP Amanda has always been super great during our appointments. So my very 1st encounter with this office was great! I've had no complaints with my care since I started going over 6 months ago.

I've been at this clinic for about a year, and it's been fine. However, I met Dr. Masti for the first time at my last appointment, and she does *not* seem like a good listener. I went for a regular checkup so I can continue getting my anxiety meds and possibly get something to help my depression. She spent a good amount of time interrupting me to repeatedly explain that my anxiety med is also an antidepressant, even after I told her that I've been on it since 2018 and know that already. She also mentioned an add-on antidepressant and made it seem like she would fill that along with my anxiety meds. She filled neither. I didn't get the issue fixed until I talked to a behavioral health specialist who referred me to a psychiatric clinic. This was... tiring.

STAY AWAY! I have been dealing with the incompetence of Dr. Masti since my first visit in June and then again in August. She is horrible and has no clue how to treat and effectively care for her clients. She lies and referrers anything you are going trough instead of doing anything herself. She googles stuff and then shows it as evidence. She did not take the time to go over any of my bloodwork and X-rays. She called referrals to the wrong Dr's and incorrectly to my insurance company and now six months later, I am still trying to clean up her mess. I still need MRI's done that she called in six months ago and has done nothing to help with her inaccurate description she called in. She didn't even know her nurses names and there are only three. I had to beg to get a cardiogram done during my physical and it came back with problems and still am trying to get the MRI done along with two others. She has altered my Medical records, to try and cover her mistakes. I have luckily printed my records before and after she altered them. What she put into my other portals as a historical provider, not even her name is attached, has been edited and altered. She made up a new record on 11/15/23 a

Stay Away from Birch Health Center. After 6 weeks of weekly appointments Dr. Masti will not prescribe medications even though I have followed every evaluation she demanded. I have been taking these medications for years. She did this knowing full well that I have been out of medication for nearly 3 months and my quality of life has been declining all along. BEWARE! AVOID!
